The “Amazing Thailand NFT” project, a collaboration between Bitkub Chain, YAKS, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand, has its official launch
“Amazing Thailand NFT” project was launched through a collaboration between Bitkub Chain, YAKS, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand with the goal of rebuilding the Thai tourism industry and bringing new travel experiences through the YAKS application and Bitkub NEXT.
Amazing Thailand NFT is a project that aims to revitalize the Thai tourism industry through the utilization of blockchain technology and NFT. This arises from the “Travel to Earn” concept, which allows tourists to travel while collecting NFT at five tourist spots. To put it in another way, they can use the YAKS application and Bitkub NEXT to scan the QR Code on the Kiosk and acquire NFT; the NFT supply will be limited to 3,999, and each NFT will come with its own unique design. The Kiosk will be located at the following tourist attractions: 1) Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan 2) The Giant Swing-Wat Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworahawihan 3) Yaowarat Road 4) Siam Square 5) Samut Prakan Ancient City.
In addition, to correspond with the campaign “Visit Thailand Year 2022–2023: Amazing New Chapters”, the Tourism Authority of Thailand has planned a tourist activity. Those who visit Suvarnabhumi airport (2nd floor, gate 3) will obtain the Suvarnabhumi NFT collection (the supply will be limited to 3,999 unique designs). Furthermore, any traveler who has collected more than one NFT can redeem it for additional benefits including 1) Airline ticket 10% discount from Vietjet Air 2) 950 THB Car Rental from Chic Car Rent 3) 100 THB Voucher from Hungry Hub 4) 4% airline ticket discount and 9% hotel discount from Trip.com 5) 1,000 THB food and beverage voucher discount from Banyan Tree 6) 1,000 THB food and beverage voucher discount from Angsana Laguna Phuket 7) Free room upgrade from Cassia Phuket 8) 60 minutes body massage voucher from Homm Bliss Southbeach Patong
Participating condition throughout the activity is limited to one person per device at a time. This means that the total amount of collecting possibilities is limited to 5 locations for 5 NFT designs. Under two conditions, the redeeming privileges can indeed be explained: 1) On the YAK application, after collecting 1 NFT, users can redeem exclusive privileges and unlock special deals from the YAKS partnership. 2) After collecting 3 NFTs, the remaining benefits and deals will be unlocked. The participation period will range from November 14, 2022 to December 14, 2022.
